About the owner:

Let me introduce myself, my name is Duncan Bain, I have over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction and also the installation and repair of the many systems of a home. I have been vocationally trained in electricity and electronics, and also trained as a facilities manager and machinery maintainer and possess the qualifications and experience to provide you with the highest quality home inspection. I am also a multiple homeowner myself, a US Navy Veteran, and a father of 3 grown children.

I am a dedicated inspector who works hard to help his clients understand the condition of the home and the work which may be required to be move-in ready. At the young age of eight, I started out helping my father add 3 rooms to my childhood home and later, added multiple rooms including a dining room and a large owner s suite to my own home accomplishing virtually all of the work myself while passing all required inspections along the way. I later went on to renovate kitchens, bathrooms, and sunrooms, replacing windows, and roofing and even diving into smart home systems. This is when I realized that my passion and logical progression was to become a Home Inspector.

As a Home Inspector, my goal is to provide you with a comprehensive home inspection report that gives you the knowledge and understanding of the actual condition of the home.
